Egg Substitute Recipes

Egg substitute is an egg white mixture used by those on low-cholesterol diets. Commercial egg substitutes have many preservative additives, so you might want to try making your own homemade egg substitute. Egg substitutes can be used in place of whole eggs in most recipes. The recipes below all use egg substitute.
