I have made this recipe twice for dinner parties. It is easy and quick. The majority of the time is waiting for it to marinade. I made it again just yesterday and everyone asked me for the recipe. I'll be forwarding it today. I have not served it with rice but alone as an appetizer. Give it a try, you won't be dissapointed.

This was very flavorful and easy but it was way too salty. I don't think i would make it again. I love cumin and hot things, but hate curry. it was a good change of pace, I guess

Marinade was perfect. Next time I will def only marinade the shrimp for max 45min. An hour started to ""cook"" mine. To make the sauce, I tweaked it a little. The citrus flavor was too strong for my taste, so to dilute the intensity I added about 10 Tbs of chicken broth. To thicken it, I used about 1/2 tsp of cornstarch with a little water. I added steamed broccoli and served over quinoa. Delicious recipe!!!

I didn't have the alcohol, but it was still very tasty without it. I also added lime zest because I love lime flavor. I had some cooked rice and added it to the sauce so it could soak up the flavor. My whole family, (including my toddler) couldn't get enough of it! Thanks for the great recipe! I'll definitely make it again!
