i found this to be a quick and simple, yet quite tasty recipe. my wife, who does not usually like scallops, said that she liked them prepared this way. i am no chef, that's for sure. yet i had no problem following the simple steps in this recipe. i do not, however, like capers too much. so i picked them out after cooking with them. they did add a nice flavor though. thumbs up.
