Grilled Crab Tortillas

This is what I had around for holiday cooking, so it worked out great! Just what I was looking for. I used the ricotta, 2 cans of crabmeat, canned jalepenos, dried herbs (use half), and onion powder instead of onion (husband hates onion). Use the small flour tortillas, or corn tortillas- and use half the filling. Easy and delicious- you can make a big stack quickly and they stay warm in the oven or buffet nicely.!
