Probably the most unusual way I've ever cooked pork. At first, it didn't look much appetising.... but flavour certainly made up for looks! The mixture of flavours and textures makes it a great dish, not boring at all! The fruity and cheesy taste mixes very well with the meat. I had to increase the quantities (as I feed a platoon!) and added a bit of fresh squeezed orange juice and caramelised onion chutney. Served with new potatoes boiled with skin. It was great, I'll definitely do it again!
