Fruit Pizza

I have made this recipe several times but without the glaze. At work, all the women in my office LOVE this dessert & for celebrations, we usually have someone make this. IT IS DELICIOUS, even w/out the glaze. I've also used powdered sugar in place of regular sugar & it gives the cream cheese spread a little more sweetness but I prefer to make w/regular sugar. It's one of the easiest desserts to make. Cutting the fruit is the most time consuming aspect of this recipe. Cutting & bagging the fruit, with the exception of the bananas, ahead of time makes putting the pizza together easier.

I used to make Fruit Pizza in college and THIS was the same recipe I had used. I have not made it in years and looked for my old recipe, and couldn't find it. I am so pleased I located the exact recipe because it is by far, the best. The Cream Cheese is the real secret. Other Fruit Pizza recipes use cool whip, or add chocolate chips or chocolate syrup. Keep it simple, and stick with the sugar, Cream Cheese, and glaze.

I made this pizza for a party at the Y. Everyone just raved about it. They all wanted the recipe. Then I made it the next for a friends birthday. She and her family loved it and they wanted the recipe too. It had been several years since I had made this and I had lost the recipe. I was so glad that you had it on your site. Thanks.
