Years ago my son fell in love with a commercial individually packaged white chocolate chip key lime cookie that I received at work. My employer only gave them to us once. I have been trying to find a recipe for a cookie at least similar to the one he loves. I made these exactly like the recipe says except for adding an additional tsp of the juice. This is THE cookie. My son is not expecting them, so I am going to box them and wrap them up and put them under the tree for Christmas. I hope he loves these as much as I think he will.

Great recipie! The only thing I changed in the recipe was to double the amount of Key Lime juice. As for the person who gave this recipe a bad review I'd suggest that perhaps you should read the recipe and follow the directions.

I love those key lime white chocolate cookies sold at the grocery store but they are very expencive. I tried this recipe twice. The flavor was good the first time but they didn't look like the picture. I liked the taste so I tried them again and this time I followed the directions EXACTLY. What a difference! The mixing and cooling time in the fridge info is very important. Duhhhhh! These are now a favorite in my family. Thank you
