I wouldn't call these dry - they were not the chewy kind of brownie I prefer - more cake-like, but they were quite good. I like a mixture of splenda/stevia/erythritol as sweetener, so I may have under-estimated the sweetener, but I found that next time I'll use about 50% more sweetener. I will probably add some more ThickenThin/not sugar to see if I can get it chewier. But taste was great.

DO NOT...I repeat DO NOT make these brownies. They were the worst thing I have ever tasted! I followed this recipe to the T! It was torture because they made my entire house smell good. I sat patiently waiting for them to cool only to feel like someone was trying to kill me after my first bite. There wasn't a second bite. My daring and loyal friend also took a bite and immediately spit it out in the trash. They were dry and just plain awful!! Don't bother!
