These looked perfect,good texture,but tasted like cardboard. I would consider making them again if I could find real graham flour,but the wheat flour made them disgusting, even with the sugar on top...very disappointed :(

These were easy to make and they came out great. My kids and some visiting friends loved them. You could brush them with milk and sprinkle with sugar before baking to make them a bit sweeter. I might try that next time. I will make them again. I think the dough would work well for using cookie cutters too if you want other shapes.
