180 ?? - they'll be as dry as a beer coaster - try 165 and tent for 10 minutes before serving !!!

I have continually used this recipe throughout the years, and particularly around Christmas time. Everyone who has ever had one of my hens has raved about it. Also, this recipe does not require many ingredients, so it is easy to make and relatively inexpensive. I definitely recommend this recipe because it is a big time saver and comes out like a dish better than a five star restaraunt could make!
