Chicken Breasts with Peaches

I was skeptical, but my son insisted on trying it. The flavors complimented each other very nicely. We had to substitute green onion ends for shallots and used chopped dried peaches, which I may like better. We also used half & half (even some whole milk) instead of cream to cut down on the calories. The sauce comes out thick enough if you cook it long enough.
