To begin this review, I must state that I have been reading articles on about.com for years, but have only registered as a member now just to write this. I love baking and have tried countless fudge recipes over the years, some which I have perfected after endless attempts. This one however, has amazed me no end! Only a few minutes prep time, £5 for 2lbs of gorgeous fudge and infinite ""how did you manage to make this?!"" comments! For the person who can't get it right, I can only assume that you are using bad chocolate or something other than condensed milk! This is as easy to make as as rice krispie cakes but utterly divine! I hope the author reads this and contacts me so that I can thank them personally!

OMG, this was so freakin delicious, the only thing I did different was to use 7 oz of white chocolate instead of what the recipe called for in its place. Everything else I did the same. I made sure to spray the 8 x 8 pan with Pam and then line it with Parchment paper and sprayed it again with Pam. Once it was done, and almost completely chilled I cut it into desired bite sized pieces. It was so freaking good then but I decided to chill over night. I brought it to a girls get together and they loved it and ate it all up! It disappeared in minutes! Will make this again and again! Super delicious and super yummy!

I have made this fudge twice and both times it did not firm up. I could not cut it and get it out of the pan. I made it and put it in the freezer over night thinking it would help, it didn't. What am I doing wrong? I hope someone can tell me because it taste good and is easy and I would like to keep making it. Thanks
