I love marshmallows and was very excited to be able to make my own! This recipe is fool proof and makes great marshmallows. It does take a while and is very sticky, but it's worth it.

I've made this recipe countless times. It always turns out well and it always draws rave reviews. I usually have to make multiple batches, it's so popular! I do leave out the salt, for reasons of personal taste, but otherwise I make it exactly as written, and it's a cinch! Great for school treats, family gatherings or any casual festive occasion.
