I love making puff pastry dough for endless reasons. You can make so many different things with this. For the person who stated that they the only problem they had with this was there was no baking time or temp. That's because you use it for what ever you want to make. You then get the baking time from that recipe. This is just the dough. I personally love Palmiers.

This was delicious and indeed not that hard to make. Only problem i had was that it doesn't include baking directions.

i thought that this recipe was great and very helpful in the making of many different recipes, since many things can be used with puff pastries. I love you KRM!!!
