We didn't have any Worcestershire sauce left so I added HP Steak sauce, a few herbs, spices and garlic to the mest and that tasted great. On cooking sadly they broke up in the pan, but I was able to price it together enough and served with the sauce which was quite delicious. I had also added a tablespoon of caramalized onions that we got at Chrismas, more of a preserve but again the flavor was great. I served it with a mushroom rice and it was all so good, my husband asked if there was any left as he would take it to work next day, but it was too late.

This recipe is so easy My Valentine loved it. After 19 years you find a way to enjoy your dinner and the Love of your life. This is a great recipe and you can enjoy it any time of the year not just Valentine's Day. It also taste great. I hope all of you like it as much as we did. I served it with broccoli and a light bread pudding with fruit sauce. Oh and I liked the fact that you could make it lower in fat by using the sirlion in replace of the hamburger. Thanks for another great recipe........ Bakerlady

This recipe has become a keeper in our house. A happy client brought us 10 pounds of ground bison from his ranch, and we didn't know what to do with it! We made this recipe with the buffalo and have ever since.

This was awesome, thank goodness I doubled the sauce as we put it on the green beans and potatoes , too. I didn't add as much salt as the recipe called for and it was plenty. This is a number 1 recipe!
