I have made this recipee about 6 times. It is simple and has outstanding flavour.

These are so easy to make, and everyone loves them. I've made them at least once a week, they're so easy. Since I work, this is a great meal to prepare the night before. I throw the meat (I use flap meat) and veggies along with the other ingredients into a big ziploc bag the night before. When I come home, I'm ready to cook. Instead of stir-frying the peppers and onions, I throw them on the grill as well, but in a basket designed for the grill, so that the veggies don't fall through. Then I put the meat on the grill. I've also done the fajitas with chicken, but you have to be careful that the chicken doesn't get too well done. .

This is a wonderful recipe! Delicious and easy as can be. A true crowd pleaser. Great with skirt and flank steak. Have made it several times and folks keep asking me to make it again.
