wonderful for cocktails and light buphet entertainning. I tried to add cream cheese to the yolk mix and it is also great.

Wonderful!November 28, 2008

You can't stop eating these. They have a wonderful subtle kick that we love. I did add more mayo because we like them creamy and I did use a spicy brown mustard. I am definitely volunteering to bring these at potlucks.

I made 2 dozen - making 48 of these puppies for an office party potluck. I got showered with compliments. One thing I would change is adding more mayo - my filling resembled molding clay with not enough water. I kept adding mayo until it was creamy. Filled the freezer bag and squirted em out all fancy. I'm trying Grey Poupon instead of the yellow mustard this 2nd batch. Good luck!

By melstacey
These really are the best deviled eggs I have ever tasted! I love horseradish and that was the perfect ingredient to kick them up a notch!
