    Finally, I've made some puffs! I used a light lager beer and a plastic ziploc bag and I puffed away, they turned out great, half was for appetizers (seafood salad) the other half for dessert, in Quebec well call them crème puff! delicious, thanks for sharing!

    Do not try with Sierra Nevada Pale AleJuly 18, 2010 By OMG3KIDS
    I had a lot of beer left over after a party where the keg didn't get emptied, so I decided to try several beer recipes. It could very well be that the type of beer I used was too strong, but nothing in the recipe said what kind of beer to use. I used Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, these things were inedible!

    I just pulled these out of the oven and they were golden brown and fluffy. The taste is great! Don't worry about the size either, they get quite a bit larger upon baking. I only made a half batch to use left over beer from another recipe and this came out way better. And I wish I had made the whole batch! Can't wait to make 'em again!
