I'm in culinary school, studying baking and patisserie. All students receive 2 Silpats, 1 full sheet pan size and 1 half. I'm getting 2 more so I never have to use parchment paper during baking. They work perfectly when you produce your dough correctly. If you read reviews from people who claim that their dough sticks to the Silpat therefore the product doesn't work, well, they're boneheads who can't bake, don't listen to them. I don't work for the company, I'm just happy with this product. Happy baking!
