My experience includes writing news columns as well as hosting various Food forums on several services over the past eight years. My cookbook collection numbers over 500, covering all subjects and styles.
I look forward to getting to know each of you and sharing our passion for food and cooking. It will be my pleasure to share the best of the culinary world and also learn local recipes and techniques from you! We will be planning special guest conferences in the future with chefs around the world, as well as weekly live chats on a variety of subjects. Our weekly columns are designed not only to share interesting recipes, but also to educate. Our bulletin board is designed to let you interact with fellow members to learn and share.
