Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 10 medium baking potatoes
- 10 whole cloves garlic, peeled
- 1-1/2 cups buttermilk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Drop potatoes and garlic into a large pot of boiling water and cook until potatoes are fork tender. Drain and mash in a large bowl with buttermilk and salt and pepper. Serve. (Yes, mash the garlic in with the potatoes!)
