Rosemary Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Start with packaged frozen mashed potatoes and add rosemary to save time. You can, of course, begin with fresh potatoes if you have the time.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages (11 ounces each) refrigerated prepared mashed potatoes
  • 6 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Peel back corners of potato packages. Warm potatoes in microwave according to package instructions. Mix in butter, milk, and rosemary. Season potatoes to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve rosemary mashed potatoes with Steak Pinwheels with Sun-dried Tomato Stuffing.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings
