This salad dressing is lower in fat thanks to lowfat yogurt yet full of the licorice flavor of tarragon. To save even more fat calories, try using non-fat yogurt.

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces plain, lowfat yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons tarragon white wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon minced onions (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried leaf tarragon
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation:
In a small mixing bowl, place the yogurt, vinegar, onions (if using), tarragon, pepper, and cayenne pepper; stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 week.
Yield: About 1 cup
