Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon ketchup
- 4 pounds spareribs
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Whisk together bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and ketchup. Spread evenly on both sides of the spareribs.
Place spareribs on a rack in a deep roasting pan. Roast about 1-1/2 hours, turning once and basting frequently, until tender.
