Popular Dr Pepper soda makes a spiced gravy for baked pork chops. This dish goes together quickly, but it does take 3 hours to bake. It is well worth the time investment.

Delish - so tender - Husband/ Son are Raving!, Member LisaMolina

This recipe was so easy and very delicious! I was a bit leery to cook the pork chops for 3 hours, although being they were floating in liquid allowed me to know they would not dry out. (I ended up pulling them out 2:45). They were falling apart. My 8 yr old son couldn't get enough and my husband kept saying, WOW! WOW! :) Next time I will add some hot spice to spice up the sweet cloves flavor.
