Equipping your pantry with basic condiments

If you are just setting up house, you will need to keep some condiments on hand to be prepared for any recipe. Be aware that many condiments will require refrigeration after opening. Check the labels. Although many condiments have a long shelf-life when refrigerated, check the labels for expiration dates.
