Rose hip juice adds a delicious flowery flavor to traditional applesauce. Great as a snack, fruit serving, light dessert, or as a condiment for pork. This is more of a method than a recipe, per se. It is very simple, yet very tasty.

Ingredients:
- Apples
- Rose hip juice
Preparation:
Cook apples for making sauce in rose hip juice, or cook rose hips and apples together and puree them using a sieve or other straining device to remove the seeds. Proceed with standard applesauce recipe.
