Whip up this delicious fruit soup in a food processor or blender in a matter of minutes. Frozen strawberries may be substituted for fresh.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries, slightly thawed (about 1 pint)
- 1-1/2 cups fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Preparation:
Process strawberries, orange juice, sugar, lime juice, and ginger in a food processor or blender until smooth.If using fresh strawberries, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to chill thoroughly. If using frozen strawberries, serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until needed.
