These brownies are so rich and delicious, you'd never guess they are made with graham crackers and sweetened condensed milk.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs (half of a 14.4 ounce box or about 15 crackers
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided use
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with nonstick foil.
In a large bowl, whisk chocolate graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together until combined. Set aside.
In a smaller bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk, egg, and vanilla extract until combined and smooth.
Using a wooden spoon, add milk mixture to graham cracker crumb mixture, stirring until combined. Mixture will be thick. Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips, reserving remaining cup for frosting. Pour into prepared pan and smooth evenly.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Spread remaining 1 cup of chocolate chips on top of hot brownies and cover loosely with foil. Wait 5 minutes, remove foil, and spread melted chips evenly with a spatula to form frosting. Let cool to room temperature and rest long enough to let frosting set. Cut into bars to serve.
