No baking necessary for these cookies made of chow mein noodles, chocolate, cashews, and marshmallows. If you are not a fan of candied ginger, feel free to omit it.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup vanilla, milk or white chocolate pieces
- 1 Tablespoon finely chopped candied ginger
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped cashew nuts
- 1 cup chow-mein noodles
- 1/2 cup pastel-colored miniature marshmallows
Preparation:
In medium saucepan, melt vanilla-milk pieces over very low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in ginger, cashews, noodles, and marshmallows.
Drop by teaspoon on wax paper and chill.
Yield: about 20 to 22 cookies
