Creamy Mustard Sauce Recipe

Use this quick and easy creamy mustard sauce on fish, pork, ham, poultry, or vegetables. This sauce goes great with Lemon Turkey Cutlets Recipe.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of ground white pepper
  • Salt

Preparation:

In a small saucepan, mix cream, mustard, and pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly, stirring constantly, about 1 minute. Season to taste with salt.

Serve over pork, ham, chicken, steamed vegetables, potatoes, or rice. Try this sauce with Lemon Turkey Cutlets Recipe.
