Naturally sweet from the apples with a bit of zing from the horseradish, this no-cook sauce makes the perfect condiment for pork dishes.

Ingredients:
- 4 Granny Smith apples
- 2 fluid ounces (60 ml) cider vinegar
- 2 ounces (60 g) fresh horseradish, grated
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika
- 1 fluid ounce (30 ml) white wine
Preparation:
Grate the apples and moisten them with vinegar. Add the horseradish and paprika. Thin to the desired consistency with the wine.
Excellent served as a condiment for pork dishes.
Yield: 1 pint (500 ml)
