Almond liqueur enhances the rich almond flavor of these white chocolate truffle candies. These are incredibly easy to make.

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup almonds, toasted and finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon almond liqueur
- Confectioners' sugar for dusting
Preparation:
In a double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate with the heavy cream. Stir to blend well.
Remove from heat. Stir in almond and almond liqueur. Refrigerate until thick enough to roll into balls, about 3 to 4 hours.
Dust fingers with confectioners' sugar. Roll dough into 3/4-inch balls. Roll into confectioners' sugar.
Place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate until serving.
Yield: 30 truffles
