If you love peanut butter cups, you will fall in love with these brownies. The recipe calls for miniature peanut butter cup baking chips. If you cannot find them, you may chop up standard peanut butter cups. These luscious brownies are further enriched by sour cream and topped with an easy chocolate frosting. Starting with a packaged brownie mix makes these quick and easy.
