Delicious focaccia bread has all the delightful flavors of pizza. The bread machine does the work. Toss in some black olives as well, if you are so inclined.

Cook Time: 45 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1-1/4 cups water
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic, chopped or 3 Tablespoons garlic oil
- 1/3 cup cornmeal
- 3 cups unbleached white flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon yeast
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Place water, olive oil, garlic, cornmeal, flour, salt, and yeast in the machine. Program for Raisin Bread, Basic Bread, Basic Wheat, Basic, White, Basic White, or White/Whole Grain, and press Start or On. (Large capacity breadmachine required.)
Add the sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese when the beeper sounds or during the last 5 minutes of the final knead cycle.
Yield: 1 large loaf
