Be the first to Whip up a batch of this delicious cappuccino mix for yourself and for gifts. For gift-giving, tuck it into a basket along with an orange or hazelnut liqueur, cups, and a good bar of chocolate to shave over the hot cappuccino.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup powdered instant nondairy creamer
- 1 cup chocolate-flavored drink mix
- 3/4 cup instant coffee (decaffeinated or regular)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation:
Combine creamer, chocolate drink mix, instant coffee, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium bowl. Store in an airtight container.To use, combine 2 tablespoons of mix with 6 ounces boiling water. Garnish with whipped cream. For a kick, add 1 tablespoon Frangelico.
Yield: 3-1/2 cups
