It sounds scary, but this punch is made from simple pineapple, lemon, and grapefruit juices. Add some food coloring to make it blood-red for a great Halloween party beverage. Recipe is easily multiplied for parties.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1-1/4 cups grapefruit juice
Preparation:
In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar with the water. Heat to boiling, reduce the heat, and simmer for 4 minutes. Cool.Add the pineapple juice, lemon juice, and grapefruit juice to the cooled syrup. Chill thoroughly.
Yield: 3 to 4 servings
