PREPARATION:Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove egg yolks to a bowl, and set egg whites aside. Mash the egg yolks until crumbly. Add sweet onion, pickle relish, mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, mustard, and salt to taste. Mix until well-combined.
