Wild Rice Recipes

These recipes use some form of wild rice, also called Indian rice. Technically, wild rice is not a rice, but a marsh grass seed. Wild rice should be thoroughly rinsed before using to remove any extraneous debris. Wild rice takes longer to cook than white rice, but overcooking produces a starchy result.
