Stan's World Famous Incredible Edible Chile

Ingredients
1 pound dried dark red beans
2 onions - chopped
2 (1-pound) cans stewed tomatoes
1 can Campbell's Homestyle Tomato Soup
2 (8-ounce) jars Pace medium Picante sauce
1 (8-ounce) jar Rosarita's Mild Salsa with Green Chiles
1 (1-3/8 -ounce) can Cresent Mild Chile Powder
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 small can chopped green chiles
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
Boil beans in approximately 2 quarts water for 2 hours and drain. Brown meat and onions, drain and return to frying pan. Add flour and chile powder, mixing well. Mix remaining ingredients in a large pot. Add meat and beans. Simmer for 1 hour.

Yield: about 12 large bowls of edible chile
