Fontina Cheese Recipes

Fontina is an Italian cheese made of cow's milk. It is semi-firm with a golden brown rind and yellow interior that is rich and somewhat creamy. The flavor is mild with a hint of nuts, although it contains no nuts, and has tiny holes. It's a great choice when you need a cheese that melts nicely.
