Ingredients:
- Plain yogurt
- Fruit
- Vanilla
- Spices
- Sweetener of choice
Preparation:
Mix plain yogurt with chopped or crushed fruit, flavor with vanilla, and spices, if desired, and sweeten to taste.Turn the mixture into a plastic-wrap-lined loaf pan, freeze until solid, then wrap airtight. Cut off slices of this frozen yogurt as you want them. Let the slices stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving.
