Try your hand at air-drying your bumper crop of fresh herbs or herbs from the market.

Here's How:

  4. Gently wash herbs and pat dry with paper towels.
  5. Tie two to three stalks together.
  6. Hang upside down in an airy, dry spot.

  9. Crush leaves with a rolling pin or leave whole.
  10. Pack in an airtight container or zip-top bag with air removed.
  11. Use within 6 months.
