This recipe is designed for kids to bake, a perfect project to keep the kids busy when school is out. It's incredibly easy with no mixing involved. Canned fruits are dumped into a baking pan, topped with cake mix, butter, and nuts, then baked. The result is something in between a cake and a cobbler, and amazingly delicious. That recipe has been around at least 30 years. It’s almost a comfort food.

Try it with chocolat cake mix. it looks good and tasts good! For more fun try cooking it in aq dutch oven.
