Grinding your own beef is a sure way to know exactly what is in your meatballs. It is easily done with a food processor. I prefer inexpensive chuck roast for my ground beef. It has a richer flavor than expensive lean cuts. The meat is partially chopped, then the rest of the ingredients are added and pulsed until combined. Roll into meatballs and bake. No fuss, no muss! Use the meatballs in your favorite pasta sauce, sandwiches, as appetizers, or in soups. You may also form the mixture into a meatloaf.
