Cheese Bacon Beer Bread Recipe

Basic beer bread is delicious on its own. Add cheese, bacon, and herbs, and it rises to a new level. Since it is a quick bread, it requires no rising time. This makes it a perfect last-minute go-to bread. The bold flavor of sharp Cheddar cheese goes brilliantly with the bacon. Feel free to experiment with other herbs. If you cannot use bacon, you may substitute bacon soy bits or omit it completely.
