Whip up a quick batch of banana bread in your food processor. This basic recipe is enhanced with raisins and cashews, but you might like to try experimenting with other dried fruits or nuts. Or, you can omit them completely. Let your tastebuds be your guide. You will need a food processor with at least a 5-cup (40 ounces) capacity. I like banana bread hot from the oven with lots of butter. It's also great toasted for breakfast or just plain as a snack.
