Fresh carrots are seasoned with dill weed, steamed, then glazed with a simple balsamic vinegar reduction sauce for a vegetable side dish everyone will love. If your carrots have very thick ends, cut them in half lengthwise so all the carrots will cook evenly. If you are grilling outdoors, these carrots are delicious finished on the grill. Even kids like these carrots!
