Everyone has their favorite potato salad recipe, but sometimes you may just want something a bit different. Everything goes well with bacon, so that's the first addition. Ranch dressing gives a bit more tang than straight mayonnaise. Bell peppers are not a common addition, but they give beautiful color as well as crunch and flavor. The saltiness of the black olives balances out the sweetness of the relish. Together, the combination is a winner!
