Yummy watermelon, perfect for summer picnics.
I agree, beating the heat with watermelon is awesome. But as stated there are a number of things you can do with watermelon to create variety.
One of the great things about cooking is the ability to be creative and change this ingredient for that one and so much more. The only limitation in the kitchen is you.
with that said what about a nice ice cold glass of fresh watermelon smoothie? Its great after working in the sun as a refresher.
